These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Radial Core website and the services provided by Radial Core Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide software development, consultancy, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for any project will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement between us.

Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver your project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and requirements
• Respond to our questions and requests for feedback in a timely way
• Make sure you have the rights to any content or materials you provide to us
• Provide access to the people and systems needed to complete the work

Quotes and Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued. Payment terms are agreed per project and set out in the proposal or agreement. If payment is not received on time, we may pause work until payment is settled.

Intellectual Property

We own the tools, libraries and know-how we use to deliver our work. On full payment of the agreed fees, the rights in the final deliverables produced specifically for you are transferred to you. We may use anonymised details of completed projects in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

Confidentiality

We keep confidential any information you share with us about your business. This obligation does not apply to information that is already public, or that we are required to disclose by law.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the total fees you have paid to us.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice, subject to any terms set out in the agreement. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
